Reporting directly to the CEO, own day-to-day brand marketing, creative, and communications activities for a global organization serving biopharma and medical industries with 30+ facilities worldwide, 2500+ employees, and €700M annual sales. Responsible for developing data-driven marketing strategy, garnering buy-in from key business stakeholders, global and regional team alignment, and measurable implementation of cross-functional programs and product launches.

 

Establish and maintain global content and channel strategies for internal communications (culture-building + retention) and external promotion (brand awareness + reputation), including management of creative production and multiple agency partners. Focus on multimedia content, brand portfolio, channel optimization, and producing impactful brand stories that educate and engage.
